Post Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5k and Bagel Brunch

Join us to celebrate Thanksgiving on Saturday, November 25th with a 5k run around the neighborhood starting promptly at 9am in front of The Brody's house, 5555 N Bayshore Dr. (route here and marked with arrows along the way), followed by a kids mini race at 9:45am at the same location. After the race, there will be a bagel brunch at The Brody's beautiful bayfront yard starting at 10am.  Those not running can always join for brunch at 10am. 

The event is free for MCA Members. All other guests are $5 each. 

RSVP here by November 22nd and let us know if we will see you for the 5k, brunch or both, so we can plan accordingly. 

In addition, on behalf of the MCA, Katherine Freedman is organizing the MCA's fourth annual Thanksgiving non-perishable food drive to benefit our local community. Please drop off your donation of non-perishable food (stuffing mix, condiments, rice, dry milk, coffee, canned foods, etc.) at 430 NE 51 St from Nov 8th–15th. There will be boxes on the front steps.

All contributions will be donated to the Miami Rescue Mission’s Pack the Pantry Food Drive. If you prefer to send a monetary donation, please directly use this link.
