Timeline of events and deadlines leading to the meeting and elections:

Send an email to election chairs (tatianaloza@gmail.com & dmaland@gmail.com  if you would like to run for an MCA board position. There is 1 open position in each of the 6 districts and 3 member-at-large positions.  Refer to website for district delineations. The last day to submit your candidacy is January 10, 2024.  You must be a current MCA member by January 5, 2024 to qualify as a candidate.

All candidates are invited to email their photo and a short statement (no more than 250 words) to the election chairs for electronic distribution. In addition, the candidates will be invited to introduce themselves and address the residents at the annual meeting on Jan 28.

Absentee ballots will be circulated electronically via electionbuddy.com (more info to follow). You may choose to request a paper absentee ballot by contacting the election chairs. Paper ballots will available from January 22 8am and must be submitted no later than January 27 by 6pm.
