NOTE: This ruling was a result of several requests by Morningside home owners (made at the June HEP Board commission meeting) in order to ensure the neighborhood's residents were properly presented all the facts of what it means to designate a neighborhood as historic. The MCA highly encourages all residents and home owners to participate in these meetings to help gauge the neighborhood's appetite for designating, not designating and/or determining next steps for the south side.
